Shipping & Returns
Orders in the UK Mainland are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£6.50).
Delivery is free of charge unless Special Delivery is requested on the UK Mainland only.
Delivery to Rep. of Ireland or Spain is £10 by First Class International Signed For
We are so certain of the quality of our products that we offer Full 100% money back Guarantee! If you are not completely satisfied with your Pet Labs purchase, you may return all unused product to us for your refund.
Refund excludes P&P costs, the PayPal processing fee, and admin charge for processing to value of £5.00
Returns should be post marked no more than 28 days from the date of purchase to qualify for this refund policy. If it is longer than 28 days, give us a call so we can give you a return authorization. Call with any questions. 0870 080 2993 Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Upon receipt and processing of your return, a refund will be made by issuing a company cheque as we do not keep credit card details on file for security reasons.
Please understand - we cannot guarantee that this product or any other medication will cure your dog of cancer or any other serious health condition. There are no guarantees. Any company who would make such claims would be hard to trust. What we do guarantee is that K9 Immunitás is a Top Quality Product, made in America of all natural, USDA Certified Organic ingredients. If you have any questions of the quality, or your vet recommends not using it, or you are in any way dissatisfied with it, please return for a full refund. 1) What do you do with my personal information?
The credit card billing information that you give us when you place an order is only used for payment processing. We do not sell your information to any other company.
2) How do I know that my credit card number is secure?
Our server makes sure that your connection is encrypted when you begin the checkout process on our shopping cart. This prevents your private information from being viewed by anyone else. You can tell that your connection is encrypted when there is a ‘lock’ icon at the bottom right hand side of Internet Explorer. On Firefox the lock also appears in the address bar.
3) Does your website download cookies to my computer?
